Vishnu serves as a non-executive director on the board of ESTONE LIMITED. Throughout his career, he held several senior positions within leading companies such as Mauritius Telecom, Landscope (Mauritius) Limited and Airport Terminal Operations Ltd. His extensive knowledge in the IT and compliance sectors, which are requisites to the effective and efficient running of businesses today, contributes to bringing in a wider and outside perspective to the company’s strategy.
He holds a B Tech (Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Mauritius and an MSc in Operational Telecommunications from the Coventry University, UK.
Shweta is the Founder and Managing Director of ESTONE LIMITED. She has significant experience in the financial services industry. Prior to establishing ESTONE, she worked for a management company, where she held the office of director and was responsible for overseeing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients and multinational companies operating in diverse sectors.
Shweta regularly assists international and local clients in the structuring of their business transactions and/or personal affairs. She also acts as non-executive director on the board of several global companies and as professional trustee/council member on Trusts and Foundations.
She is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute, UK and holds a BA Hons in Law and Management and an MBA with specialisation in Financial Services.
With 15 years of experience in corporate law and governance, corporate administration, company secretarial and trusts and having assisted many financial services companies with various compliance and legal matters, Eassen has developed a firm grasp of the complex business landscape in Mauritius and a strong and diversified expertise in the compliance, regulatory and legal fields. His ongoing focus is to ensure governance and operational efficiency.
Eassen has also conducted litigation work in the fields of commercial, civil and industrial laws before all the various courts in Mauritius.
Eassen holds an LLB Hons (Bachelor of Law) from the University of Kent, UK and is a qualified Barrister in England and Wales as well as Mauritius. He is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, England.
Samanta has joined ESTONE as Operations Manager after having worked for a management company for over 5 years, where she has been exposed to diverse and wide-ranging duties such as set up and ongoing administration of different types of structures, including amongst others global business companies, authorised companies, international business companies and trusts. Samanta regularly attends board meetings and assists with regulatory and governance matters.
She holds an LLB Hons (Bachelor of Laws) from the University of Mauritius and is currently pursuing her studies with the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
Désiré is the Company Secretary at ESTONE. He holds an LLB Hons (Bachelor of Law) from the University of London, UK and is a qualified Barrister in England and Wales and in Mauritius. His areas of experience include corporate, civil, property and employment laws. With over 10 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry.
